For decades, Eldyne’s Multi Section Digital Axle Counters, (Model AzLM) have been known for their reliability, availability, and high levels of safety. Eldyne, as Key Industrial Partner of Thales, introduced AzLM in Indian Railways way back in 2002. The AzLM system is approved by German Federal Railway Authority (EBA) and cross approved by RDSO.

AzLM system facilitates a wide range of benefits in achieving functionality, connectivity, seamless integration and diagnostics required for Signalling Solutions.

The system guarantees reliable and fail-safe wheel detection with exceptionally high immunity against EMI covering a diverse range of wheel types and profiles. Today the system is present in more than 40 countries covering arctic to subtropical and desert regions too.

In India, we have the highest installation base of MSDAC system, spanning across all the Zonal Railways and Metro Railways.

SK30H - Drill type Rail Contact
It is an IP 67 protected classical wheel sensor consisting of two sets of transmitter and receiver coil operating at two different frequencies with integral cable, having standard length of 4 meters, 5.5 meters and 8 meters.

SK30K - Clamp Type Rail Contact (Drill Option)
It is an IP 67 protected slimline wheel sensor consisting of two sets of transmitter and receiver coil operating at two different frequencies with integral cable, having standard length of 4 meters, 5.5 meters and 8 meters. Retro fitment with classical type is possible.

QCD30K - Quick Clamping Device
It is a clamp for mounting slimline sensor on rail web without drilling
